Our Mission

Developing Historians of the World (DHW) is a 501 c 3 nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching high school students transferable skills while volunteering in museums. Our mission is to provide students with hands-on experiences that bring history to life, offering a unique opportunity for them to explore the rich narratives and artifacts that define our global heritage. We are committed to making history accessible and engaging for young individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that they develop a deep appreciation for the past.
